In de loop der tijd heb ik een aantal folders gemaakt voor verspreiding onder collega's, buren, vrienden en familie.
Deze folders mogen worden gekopieerd, verspreid en aangepast. De .odt files zijn geschikt voor alle ISO OpenDocument tekstverwerkers, waaronder OpenOffice.Org, een als vrije software beschikbare tekstverwerker voor Windows, Mac en Linux.

Artikel in The Times on Sunday van een journalist die zelf last kreeg. 'I changed our router back to wired internet access. I had the computers reconfigured so that they no longer sent out signals searching for wi-fi and we binned the dect phones (digital cordless phones) just to make doubly sure. My husband began to notice the change in me within days and, finally, he believed me.'
